Responsibilities
- Execute interior and exterior painting projects with precision and quality craftsmanship
- Prepare surfaces, including cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Follow project specifications and safety protocols
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Communicate with crew leads and project managers about progress and challenges
- Deliver completed work on schedule and within standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional painting experience
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation and paint application techniques
- Experience with both residential and commercial projects
- Ability to work safely at heights and on ladders
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Physical ability to perform demanding manual labor
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team player with good communication skills
