Commercial Sales Rep

Dandy Painting is expanding its commercial painting services in the Renton, WA area and is hiring a Commercial Sales Representative. If you’re a driven sales professional with construction or painting industry experience, this role offers excellent earning potential and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new commercial painting prospects and opportunities
- Conduct site assessments and develop customized proposals for commercial clients
- Build and maintain relationships with facility managers, property managers, and contractors
- Present solutions and negotiate pricing with decision-makers
- Track leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM systems
- Collaborate with estimators and project managers to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide ongoing account management and identify upsell opportunities
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (construction, painting, or facility services preferred)
- Knowledge of commercial painting services and construction industry practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving and customer focus
